BOPE Film Longitudinal Tensile Testing Machine

Today, the company officially launched its new generation of high-performance MDO (longitudinal tensile) testing machine. This equipment is specifically designed for the research and development and process optimization of high-end functional films such as biaxially oriented polyethylene (BOPE). With a stretching ratio of up to 10 times, precise roller temperature control at 200℃, and high process customizability, it provides materials scientists and process engineers with a powerful research tool, marking another significant breakthrough for my country in the field of polymer materials experimental equipment.

BOPE (biaxially oriented polyethylene) film, due to its excellent mechanical properties, high transparency, and good barrier properties, has become one of the key materials in flexible packaging, new energy, electronics, and special industries. Its performance largely depends on the orientation and crystallization behavior during the stretching process, especially the control precision in the longitudinal stretching stage. The testing machine launched by POTOP Instruments is a professional device specifically designed for precise simulation and in-depth analysis of this core process step.

The equipment adopts a modular and continuous process design, fully covering the entire process of unwinding → peeling → preheating → moving stretching → secondary preheating → moving stretching → annealing → cooling → traction → winding → deflash removal.
