Product Introduction

Conical twin-screw granulation extruder is a special integrated extrusion and pelletizing equipment for laboratory research and small-batch polymer modification. Developed specifically for PVC and various heat-sensitive polymer materials, it integrates extrusion, vacuum degassing, cooling, air drying and pelletizing in one compact unit. The machine features small footprint and convenient commissioning. All core systems including transmission unit, screw and barrel, heating and cooling system, vacuum exhaust system and intelligent control system are independently designed and manufactured. The differential conical screw structure provides high torque and excellent mixing and plasticizing performance. Widely applied in universities, research institutes and enterprise R&D centers for formula development, new material modification and small-scale trial production, it delivers uniform and stable plastic pellets.

●High Torque Conical Twin Screw: Adopts outward counter-rotating meshing structure with 160N·m high torque, ensuring full plasticization and excellent mixing effect for PVC and other heat-sensitive materials.

●Wear and Corrosion Resistant Screw & Barrel: Made of high-quality 38CrMoAlA nitride steel with deep nitriding treatment, featuring high hardness, corrosion resistance and long service life.

●Stable Transmission System: Equipped with self-developed dedicated gearbox, imported SKF bearings and precision hard-tooth gears, realizing low noise and stable long-term operation.

●Precise Temperature Control & Vacuum Degassing: Electric heating and air cooling system with ±1℃ high precision temperature control. Equipped with vacuum dehumidification, dust filtration and vacuum display device to improve pellet compactness and surface quality.

●Real-time Process Monitoring: Integrated temperature and pressure sensor collects real-time melt temperature and pressure data to ensure repeatable experimental results.

●Intelligent PLC Touch Control: 10-inch industrial touch screen supports temperature and pressure curve display, fault alarm and speed-line speed adaptive linkage control.

●Integrated Pelletizing Unit: Equipped with quick screen changer, quick-open die head, spray cooling system, air drying device and variable frequency pelletizer, with adjustable pellet specifications.

●Multi-level Electrical Safety Protection: Standard safety grounding, automatic fault shutdown and manual emergency stop switch to ensure safe laboratory operation.
