FDSL-25/22 small precision single-screw extrusion casting machine is composed of a precision single-screw extruder and a dedicated casting molding auxiliary machine. The equipment integrates the entire process of melt extrusion, filtration, casting and shaping, precise traction, and constant tension winding. The machine adopts a high-precision temperature control and servo closed-loop control system, coupled with a mirror-finish casting die and precision cooling roller assembly, resulting in uniform film formation and high molding stability. The equipment caters to both experimental research and small-batch production needs, efficiently completing polymer material formulation debugging, process optimization, performance testing, and small-sample preparation. It is a high-precision experimental equipment specifically designed for the field of thin film material research and development.

Product Features

●25mm alloy screw (L/D=28:1) with servo stepless speed control for stable discharge and uniform plasticization. Multi-section temperature control: RT~350℃, accuracy ±1℃, for most polymers.

●Quick-change filter screen removes impurities. Hard chrome hanger die ensures smooth output, max film width 200mm.

●220mm precision cast rollers for fast shaping. Independent servo drives keep good synchronization, avoiding wrinkles & deviation.

●Constant tension winding fits various films for neat rolling.

●7-inch touchscreen & PLC for real-time parameter display and data export; full safety protection.

●Optional: online defect detection, air knife, electrostatic adsorption and data analysis modules.
