FDSL-25/40 Small Precision Single-Screw Extrusion Casting Machine adopting a modular and split design, it is composed of an extrusion main unit, a casting cooling and forming unit, a traction and winding unit, and an intelligent control unit. Equipped with an independent PLC intelligent control system, it features a compact structure and convenient operation, which saves laboratory space and greatly improves operation efficiency. Extrusion Main Unit
●Feeding System: Equipped with a customized hopper device, it can realize stable and uniform conveying of materials, avoid problems such as material caking and uneven feeding.
●Screw and Barrel: Adopting a 25mm diameter alloy screw matched with a 40 length-diameter ratio barrel, which has undergone special nitriding treatment, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, suitable for processing materials of different viscosities and temperatures; the barrel adopts multi-section independent PID temperature control, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃, ensuring uniform plasticization of materials and stable melt temperature.
●Drive System: Equipped with a high-precision servo motor and a precision reducer, it realizes stepless speed regulation of the screw, with a speed range of 0-120rpm, stable speed regulation, and can accurately match different experimental process requirements.
●Melt System: Cooperated with a melt pressure sensor, it real-time monitors the melt pressure, timely feeds back pressure abnormalities and gives early warnings, ensures the stability of the forming process, and provides strong support for the accuracy of experimental data.
Casting Forming and Cooling Unit
●Casting Die: Adopting a precision hanger-type casting die, the flow channel is mirror-polished, the melt flows uniformly without dead ends, the casting width can reach 220mm, and dies of different widths can be customized according to user experimental needs; the die is equipped with an independent temperature control zone to avoid forming defects caused by uneven melt cooling and ensure film forming quality.
●Cooling and Shaping Roller Group: Equipped with high-gloss mirror cooling rollers, adopting water circulation temperature control mode, the roller surface temperature uniformity is high, which can realize rapid cooling and shaping of the melt; the double-roller structure combined with precise roller gap adjustment can flexibly control the film thickness, meet the forming needs of different thicknesses, and adapt to various experimental scenarios.
Traction and Winding Unit
●Traction System: Adopting multi-section servo synchronous traction, the traction speed is real-time linked with the extrusion speed, which can realize stepless speed regulation of 0-10m/min; the traction roller adopts a rubber roller combination design, with precise tension control, avoiding film stretching deformation, ensuring film dimensional stability, and meeting the high-precision requirements of laboratory samples.
●Tension Control System: Equipped with a tension sensor and a closed-loop control module, it can real-time adjust the winding tension to realize constant tension winding, avoid loose wrinkles or excessive stretching of the film, ensure the winding finished product is flat and free of edge warping, and facilitate subsequent performance testing and processing.
Intelligent Control Unit (Independent Operation Terminal)
●Human-Machine Interface: Equipped with Siemens PLC control system and touch screen operation interface, the interface is intuitive and friendly, which can real-time display key process parameters such as screw speed, melt pressure, temperature of each section, traction speed and winding tension. It is simple and easy to operate, and can be quickly mastered without professional skills, adapting to diverse operators in the laboratory.
●Safety Protection System: Equipped with multiple safety devices such as emergency stop button, overload protection, leakage protection, over-temperature alarm and over-pressure alarm. When the equipment is abnormal, it can automatically shut down to ensure the safety of the equipment and operators; at the same time, it is equipped with door-open power-off protection, which is safer during maintenance, fully reflecting POTOP's dual emphasis on equipment safety and operators.
