DESCRIPTION

Product Introduction

New 5× biaxial stretcher is a high-precision laboratory instrument developed for formula development, process optimization and pilot-scale production of polymer films. Designed based on industrial synchronous/asynchronous biaxial stretching principle, it performs simultaneous and sequential biaxial stretching (MD+TD) on polymer sheets including PP, PET, PLA, PVDF, EVA, PC and PA, accurately simulating full industrial forming procedures of BOPP, BOPET, BOPE and BOPLA films.

The equipment restores key production parameters of industrial lines such as stretching temperature, draw ratio, stretching speed and heat setting. Equipped with sectional PID temperature control system, servo-driven stretching module and intelligent touch control system, it eliminates common drawbacks of conventional stretchers: uneven temperature distribution, poor stretching precision, unavailable parameter storage and unstable specimen thermal deformation, delivering reliable test data for formula screening, process exploration and mass-production feasibility evaluation of new materials.

●Independently driven by imported servo motors and ball screws for MD & TD directions; switch freely between synchronous and sequential stretching to match diversified industrial film manufacturing processes.

●Precision self-locking clamps enable easy specimen mounting and uniform stress distribution.

●Optimized hot air circulation system verified via computer simulation and wind tunnel test guarantees homogeneous specimen temperature.

●Separated PID closed-loop temperature control for preheating, stretching and heat-setting zones to accommodate melting, stretching and shaping requirements of various films.

●Digitally adjustable draw ratio and stretching speed with high positioning accuracy; four-side synchronous clamping prevents slippage and stress concentration-induced film rupture.

●Integrated HD embedded touch screen plus physical button panel; all parameters including temperature, draw ratio, speed, holding and setting time are set visually on screen.

●Multi-section independent PID temperature controller features wide adjustable range and tiny temperature fluctuation; full-circulation hot air duct ensures even heating and consistent molecular orientation of films.

●Enclosed white sheet metal integrated cabinet with rounded anti-collision corners and thickened anti-slip base; wear-resistant & anticorrosive coating with dustproof & moistureproof seal, suitable for labs and production workshops.

●Optional visual monitoring system: HD industrial camera + tempered glass viewing window records full stretching deformation; matched software supports video playback and microscopic change analysis of films.
