Product Introduction
Plate vulcanizing press is designed for vulcanization and hot compression molding of rubber, plastic and composite materials. Pressure is delivered by hydraulic system driven by brand-name motor, and heating is realized via electric heating platens with PID closed-loop temperature control. Loaded moulds are sandwiched between heated platens to complete high-temperature & high-pressure curing and forming.
Controlled by PLC touchscreen HMI, all technical parameters including curing duration, staged pressurization and venting times are freely configurable. Real-time running status is displayed on screen for full-process monitoring. With reliable mechanical structure, precise temperature & pressure control and automatic workflow, the machine delivers repeatable test samples for formula screening and process optimization, well received by laboratories and new material manufacturers.
