  Product Introduction

35 Twin-Screw Extrusion Casting Test Machine consists mainly of a twin-screw compounding extruder, slurry and powder stirring, pumping & feeding system (volumetric twin-screw feeder), die head, casting auxiliary equipment and electrical control system. It is widely applied in polymer blending, functional film development, production process optimization, cost evaluation and small-batch trial production.

 

Product Features

●Customized modular structure with wide adaptability:The mixing barrel adopts a split-type design, and the core screw features a modular combined structure equipped with multiple interchangeable screw elements. Users can freely combine and adjust configurations according to material properties and process requirements. It supports processing of various polymer materials to meet diverse R&D scenarios with one single unit.

●Dedicated reactor design for easy cleaning and no material accumulation:Equipped with a 30L dedicated reactor featuring one main feeding port plus three auxiliary feeding hoppers and built-in stirring function, with a temperature control range from ambient temperature to 100°C. The reactor bottom is fitted with a wafer ball valve and three-way valve to fundamentally avoid material buildup, enabling convenient disassembly and cleaning. All pipelines are heat-insulated to stabilize process temperature and reduce energy consumption.

●The die head adopts an internal smooth flow channel design with chrome-plated and polished inner walls, ensuring uniform material discharge without dead zones.

●High-performance vacuum venting system delivers strong volatile removal capacity, meeting the compounding requirements for high-purity and high-standard materials and various test processes demanding high devolatilization efficiency.

●The main unit is driven by a variable-frequency motor supporting stepless speed regulation from 0 to 600 rpm with high precision and fast response. The motor is flexibly directly connected to the gearbox via a pin coupling, delivering stable transmission, vibration reduction and noise suppression to avoid equipment shaking and guarantee long-term continuous stable operation.

●Equipped with a 10-inch true-color touch screen for intuitive human-machine interaction, allowing quick setting, modification and real-time monitoring of all process parameters. The system integrates multiple interlock protections, fault early warning and alarm functions to fully protect equipment and operator safety and minimize operational risks.

 

Application Range

●Blend different types and grades of plastics to form homogeneous plastic alloys or blends, so as to develop polymer materials with improved comprehensive properties.

●Incorporate inorganic fillers such as calcium carbonate and talcum powder into plastics to effectively reduce raw material costs and optimize physical and mechanical properties.

●Add stabilizers, flame retardants, colorants and other additives, or prepare high-concentration masterbatches to achieve highly uniform dispersion during compounding.

●Reinforce plastics by adding glass fiber, carbon fiber and other reinforcing fillers to improve physical and mechanical performance.

●Homogenize polymers for pelletizing to eliminate defects like fish eyes and enhance material transparency.

●Devolatilization: Remove volatile components including residual monomers, solvents, moisture and oligomers during plasticization and compounding.

●With optimized screw configuration, the machine is also suitable for compounding and pelletizing of various powder materials and thermosetting plastics, as well as reactive extrusion of polymers.
