Product Introduction
Laboratory cast film auxiliary machine is composed of one set of melt pump, one set of extrusion die head and one set of casting unit. Integrating the casting system, traction system, winding system, edge trimming & recovery system as well as measurement & control system, this equipment works with matched extruders to complete the whole process of polymer extrusion, casting, traction, edge trimming and winding.It is widely adopted for the manufacture of packaging films, optical films, medical sheets and electronic sheets. Meanwhile, it serves for polymer property research, extrusion formula development, process optimization, cost control and small-batch trial production of polymer materials.
