Product Introduction
PEEK single screw extrusion casting line is a professional high-temperature laboratory film forming system independently developed by POTOP for high-performance special engineering plastics. Different from ordinary plastic casting equipment, PEEK features ultra-high melting point, high melt viscosity, narrow processing window, and is extremely prone to thermal degradation and carbonization during extrusion. Therefore, this production line adopts full-machine high-temperature upgrading design to meet the strict molding requirements of PEEK materials.
The equipment integrates high-temperature extrusion, melt filtration, uniform casting, mirror roller cooling, servo traction, edge trimming and automatic winding. It can realize continuous and stable production of ultra-thin and uniform PEEK film samples. With low material consumption, high molding precision and fully recordable process data, it is widely used for university teaching experiments, enterprise new material formula development, modification research, and sample preparation for performance testing. In addition to PEEK, the machine is also compatible with PPS, PEI, PSU and other high-temperature resistant engineering plastics, realizing one machine for multiple materials.

●Ultra-high Temperature Extrusion System, Effectively Avoid PEEK Carbonization
The barrel, screw and die are all made of high-temperature alloy materials, supporting a maximum processing temperature of 450℃. Multi-zone independent PID precise temperature control is adopted with a temperature accuracy of ±1℃, which perfectly matches the PEEK melting and extrusion temperature range. The optimized screw flow channel design reduces material stagnation, effectively solves common problems such as material decomposition, carbon deposition, crystal points and yellow lines of PEEK during high-temperature processing.
●Stagnation-free Hanger-type Casting Die, Uniform Discharging
The PEEK special hanger die adopts mirror polishing treatment inside the flow channel without dead corners, ensuring no residual material accumulation. The adjustable die lip gap realizes uniform transverse discharging, greatly improving the thickness uniformity of PEEK cast film and avoiding longitudinal stripes and thin-difference defects.
●Full Servo Precision Synchronous Roller System
All traction and casting rollers are driven by independent servo motors with high synchronization accuracy and stable speed. The high-precision mirror cooling roller can precisely control the cooling rate and crystallization degree of PEEK film, effectively improving film flatness and transparency. The low-speed stable running function adapts to the low melt strength characteristics of PEEK materials, preventing film breaking and stretching deformation.
●Integrated Automatic Molding Process
The whole process from feeding, melting extrusion, filtering, casting cooling, traction conveying, edge cutting to finished product winding is completed automatically at one time. No manual intermediate transfer is required, which reduces human error and improves the consistency of experimental samples.
●Intelligent Data Acquisition & Traceable Process
Equipped with a touch-screen intelligent control system, it can monitor and record real-time data such as extrusion temperature, melt pressure, screw speed, traction speed and film thickness. All experimental data can be stored, queried and exported, which is convenient for scientific research data sorting, experimental paper writing and process parameter optimization.
