Small precision three-screw extrusion pelletizing line consists of a split-type small-scale precision three-screw extruder, screen changer, granulation die, cooling water tank, air drying device, and small-scale precision pelletizer. It integrates the entire process of extrusion, mixing, and granulation, employing a parallel-meshing co-directional three-screw structure. It is easy to operate, has stable performance, and is suitable for laboratory research and development as well as small-batch pilot production. It helps shorten the R&D cycle, reduce testing costs, and provides reliable support for industrial upgrading.

Product Introduction

Small precision three-screw extrusion pelletizing line consists of split small precision three-screw extruder screen changer pelletizing die,cooling water tank,air-drying device and small precision pelletizer.Split small precision three-screw extruder adopts split barrel and parallel meshing co-directional three-structure screw.The screw elements can be recombined according to the material characteristics to achieve the mixing of materials with different characteristics and improve the mixing and mixing effect. It is mainly used for filling, blending, modification, addition, chlorination, polypropylene and super absorbent resin processing of rubber and plastic and engineering resins.

 
Product Features
● High-efficiency Mixing with Triple-Screw Structure 
Three screws are intermeshed in a linear arrangement and rotate in the same direction at high speed, subjecting materials to intense shearing, extrusion, kneading and grinding. Compared with traditional twin-screw extruders, it has an additional high-shear zone, doubling the plasticization and mixing performance. Excellent mixing effect can be achieved with a relatively small length-to-diameter ratio. 
 
● High-precision Control System 
Precise temperature control: Operating temperature up to 350℃, with temperature control accuracy of ±1℃, ensuring uniform plasticization. 
Stable pressure: Optional melt pump system available, with pressure measurement accuracy of 0.5% FS.
 Accurate driving: Servo motor drive for precise speed control and stable, consistent plasticization. 
 
● Wide Material Adaptability 
Suitable for various polymer materials, including PE, PP, PS, ABS, PET, PA, PC, TPE, TPR, TPV, EVA, PVC, biodegradable materials, wire and cable compounds, color masterbatches, etc. 
 
● Flexible Modular Design 
Modular screw structure, with screw elements combinable according to process requirements. 
Optional split-type barrel for faster and easier cleaning. 
Optional side feeder and liquid feeding port to meet diverse process demands.
 
● Intelligent Operation & Control 
Equipped with a Siemens PLC touch-screen control system, which displays real-time key data such as melt pressure, temperature and screw speed, enabling convenient and intelligent operation with intuitive data acquisition.
